PFA Clubwear also helps us to market the club and bring in more teams which will increase recognition of PFA in the Western Pennsylvania community.

Order Instructions:
1. Download and Print the PFA Clubwear Order Form below.
2. Select your items from the PFA Clubwear Price List below and enter the Item number, Size, Quantity and Price onto the order form. (Please note: There are different item numbers for different colors e.g. – Short Sleeve T-Shirt - Green = Item number PFA 001, Short Sleeve T-Shirt – White = Item number PFA002.)
3. If ordering items size AXXL or larger please note the additional costs and be sure to add this to the price when entering onto the order form.
4. Please put an address that you would like your order to be shipped to (this can be work, home, anywhere at all that you will be). Shipping is compulsory there will be no local pickup points.
5. Please make all checks payable to “PFA”.
6. Please mail your order form and check to “PFA Clubwear, PO Box 38024, Pittsburgh, PA, 15238.
